While Lisa’s retail experience as a leader with a variety of lifestyle brands is expansive, her focus and common goal is raising the bar for the customer experience.  Lisa has led teams for Nordstrom, The Home Depot, and others. Currently, Lisa oversees Design Studios for Toll Brothers, which includes Studio Operations for 38 Design Studios nationwide. Previously, she headed the Retail Division for The Shade Store a New York based luxury brand of custom window treatments, opening over 30 Showrooms nationwide. An additional highlight is Lisa’s experience overseeing Design Centers and the largest merchandising import category of business at The Home Depot (Lighting and Home Décor).  She has traveled extensively throughout the world, developing Lighting and Home Décor products for The Home Depot. Lisa has also overseen billion dollar ecommerce businesses and led expansion throughout the East Coast with Nordstrom.

Chris has worked with both public and private homebuilders across the US. Chris has won numerous awards on a local, regional, and national level including a Gold Award at The Nationals through the National Association of Homebuilders. Is The CLUB only for Design Studio Managers?

No, The CLUB will be a valuable experience for any homebuilder employee with the title of Design Studio Manager, Director or VP who oversees Design Consultants. Other appropriate titles include Directors or VPs of Sales/Marketing/ Purchasing/Operations, or President.

If your title is Design Consultant or similar, but your responsibilities are that of a Design Studio Manager, please email us upon joining The CLUB with an explanation. We’ll either approve your CLUB membership or refund your membership investment.

CLUB members must be directly employed by a homebuilder.

 

What’s the time frame for this program? Can I see an agenda?

The CLUB runs from September 2024 through April 2025, with 2 in-person events and 8 monthly video conferences.

After registering, you’ll receive agendas listing specific sessions, speakers, dates, and times for your videoconferences and for both in-person events.  Prior to enrolling, if you have specific questions about content or dates and times for The CLUB, email us at information@opt4success.net and we’ll be happy to provide the information you need!

What happens after I join?

After enrolling, you’ll receive a welcome letter with instructions for booking hotels and flights for the in-person events, and other information to orient you as a new member of The CLUB! We’ll also send you a member profile questionnaire so members can get to know each other.

Are the in-person events all-inclusive?

Your membership to The CLUB includes:

  • All educational sessions at both in-person events, and 8 monthly videoconferences .
  • Wednesday evening cocktail reception and dinner
  • Thursday breakfast, lunch, and cocktail reception
  • And Friday breakfast

You can enjoy dinner on your own Thursday evening to deepen your connections with other CLUB members.

After your CLUB membership is officially confirmed, you’ll be able to secure your travel and hotel rooms. You’ll have access to specially negotiated hotel room block rates, guaranteed for members of The CLUB who reserve within the specified booking window. Travel is not included.

At the in-person events, will accommodations be available for dietary restrictions?

Yes! Once you become a member, we will pass on any dietary restrictions or food allergies to those providing food for our in-person events and activities. 

What if I need to know the dates/times of the videoconferences, or more details about the sessions at the two in-person events?

Members will receive detailed information on all videoconferences and in-person sessions, including session dates/times, topics and speakers. Is the membership investment per person?

Yes, the membership investment is per person, and entitles that person to participate in all of the program components, whether virtual or in-person. If you have a conflict with any of the dates/times, email us about receiving permission for a substitution for that particular component of the program. In order to maintain the integrity of the collaborative energy, all personnel substitutions must be approved in advance .
